Great piece. Trump sure had the "fake news" thing right.

Good article! Thanks for pointing us back towards the center. It seems clear to me that most folks are centrists and just want to get along. Life is hard enough without the insane loop of political theatre on both sides keeping things continually stirred up. Talk about dysfunctional!

BTW, there is ample documentation of election deniers on BOTH sides of the fence. It is frustrating to witness how folks seem to forget that both sides are playing these insane games. The media has made a big deal about the republican election deniers and conveniently glossed over the democratic ones. There were alot of democrats who tried to prove that Trump was elected fraudulently. Hillary Clinton was recorded multiple times on video saying that Trump was not the real president, she was. Most of these folks at the tippy top all have giant egos, far as I can tell.

Tulsi Gabbard, bless her heart, tried to get legislation passed that would have made election fraud much less of an open question for both sides,; but of course her bi-partisan bill did not see the light of day. Creating divisiveness amongst the masses is still one of the best tools those on top have to maintain control.

Bravo, Jim, martini maker and beverage picture taker. You’ve won another round of Double Jeopardy sitting on the padded fence top cushioned from all that barbed wire! I’m reminded of Dylan: “Beauty walks a razor’s edge. Someday I’ll make it mine.” See you in February for the birthday reunion. We’re gonna have ourselves a time. Planning to bring Herschel yard signs tossed in the local trash pile following a defeat. “Run, Herschel, run. All the way back to Texas!” (Sorry, got carried away there, given your mention of the Georgia run-off…)
